A few caterers provided some tasty bites. We offered up Grilled Swordfish and Scallops on Homemade Lemongrass Ginger Jalepeno Rice Cakes; and for dessert: Hibiscus Flower, with Lemon Cream Filling. The food was delicious and the display, designed by our very own, Jessie English, was an eye catcher.
