Katey and Craig

image via Maggie Conley

Katey and Craig were recently married at Saltwater Farm Vineyard in Stonington. Not only are they the nicest, sweetest two people you might ever meet but they embody everything we love about Brides and Grooms - unique, food and wine loving, and most important - just happy to be getting married! Katey and Craig love love love vino - who doesn't?! - and as such wanted to highlight some of their favorite wines at their wedding. So, over the course of the year or so leading up to their vineyard nuptials, they toured some of their favorite vineyards and collected cases from each to serve at the bar and for dinner. And as if that wasn't enough they brewed and bottled their own beer for the big day - A Belgian Wit Brilliance (wheat bear similar to Allagash White) for the Bride's side, and A Discriminating Dunkel (dark beer similar to a german Dunkelweizen) for the Groom's side.
