This week we are so excited and honored to be catering the annual gala for the Eugene O'Neill Theater in Waterford. For their 45th celebration, the talented minds at the center have chosen to honor the most impressive Dina Merrill, whose film and stage work has spanned decades. She has been a long time benefactor of the Eugene O'Neill and also sits on the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
This Friday's tented affair takes place in the gorgeous sunken garden, which boasts one of the most beautiful views on the shoreline. We'll be sourcing local ingredients from a few of our favorite local growers, and serving the perfect summer protein - grilled swordfish! We've been coordinating behind the scenes with Toby from Arrow Paper to make sure that we've crossed our Ts and dotted our Is, and it's sure to be a magical evening for a magical lady!
